Lead With Grit gives faith-driven leaders the tools, teaching, and community to build resilience, sharpen vision, and lead with purpose every day of the week.
Led by Pastor David Blunt. 40+ years of pastoral leadership.
Sunday morning, everything makes sense. Your faith feels real, your purpose feels clear, and you remember why you lead. Then Monday hits.
The pressure builds. The decisions pile up. And somewhere between the inbox and the tenth meeting, the clarity disappears. You're not leading from faith anymore. You're just surviving the week.
You've tried the books, the conferences, the podcasts. But knowing what to do and having the resilience to actually do it, especially when things get hard, are two different things.
That's not a knowledge problem. That's a grit problem.
And it's not just about toughness. It's about building the kind of inner strength, rooted in faith, sharpened by vision, tested by real life, that holds up when everything around you is shaking.
In 1983, David Blunt started a church with 35 people in a Holiday Inn in St. Louis. No budget. No building. No guarantee it would work.
Forty years later, that church, Church on the Rock, is a congregation of thousands. And David has spent every one of those years learning what it actually takes to lead with faith when the pressure won't let up.
“The inner work IS the leadership work.”
David has coached business owners, pastors, and professionals through the moments that make or break a leader. He's not teaching theory. He's sharing what four decades of staying faithful, showing up, and doing the hard work of leadership have taught him.
That's why he built Lead With Grit: to give leaders the tools, the teaching, and the community to stop going through the motions and start leading from the inside out.
Whether you're just getting started or ready to go deep, there's a place for you.
